UK history made as first broadcast from Court of Appeal takes place
History has been made in Britain, with the first broadcast of proceedings from the Court of Appeal in London.
The ringleader of a counterfeit coin scam - Kevin Fisher from Goffs Oak in Hertfordshire - failed to get his seven year prison sentence reduced.
The British Prime Minister David Cameron thinks cameras in court are a good idea - and explained why he was watching closely.
"I think it will reassure people we have an open, sensible and rigourous system of justice," he said.
"I couldn't help notice that the barrister in the case was my brother which was a surprise to me this morning as I think it was a surprise to him."
