Drunk man arrested on a horse with dog in his backpack

A man was arrested for being drunk on horseback 600 miles from where he was supposed to be.

Patrick Schumacher was allegedly discovered with a dog named Bufford in his rucksack and beer and a pistol in his saddlebags when the police stopped him after spotting him slumped in his saddle.
