Cooks aim to break world record with 105 meals from single cabbage
Chefs are aiming to cook up a new world record by serving 105 different recipes from one cabbage.
TV cook Stephanie Moon will lead the attempt to create an array of dishes with Peter Glazebrook's super-sized vegetable at the Harrogate Autumn Flower Show, in north Yorkshire, northern England.
Spokesman Martin Fish said: “People ask what it would be like to cook one of our monster exhibits – it will be fun to find out.
"We already host the record weigh-in for the world's heaviest onion and, when we researched previous attempts to cook with giant veg, we couldn't find any records for the greatest number of dishes you can get from one specimen."
