Sitcom star takes out false teeth, punches man

A TV star took out her teeth before punching a man who attacked her granddaughter.

Crissy Rock – who stars on sitcom 'Benidorm' – handed her dentures to a friend before smacking the yob in the face after he struck her 14-year-old granddaughter.

She is quoted by the Daily Mirror newspaper as saying: "My 14-year-old granddaughter was dancing at the holiday camp disco and this man slapped her.

"I was livid. I took my teeth out and said to someone, ‘Get hold of them.' I belted him across the face in the same way.”

The 54-year-old star splashed out £20,000 on her false teeth after losing her real teeth while having chemotherapy for cancer a decade ago.
