Man arrested for unprovoked attack on toddler in Beijing

A man has been arrested in China following an unprovoked attack on a toddler in Beijing city centre.

Eye witnesses described how the man, who is understood to have a criminal record, pulled the child from her pram and threw her forcefully to the ground.
