Judge refuses to dismiss major charge in WikiLeaks case

A military judge has refused to dismiss a charge that a US army private aided the enemy by giving reams of classified information to anti-secrecy website WikiLeaks.

Col Denise Lind made the ruling on the defence motion in the court martial of Bradley Manning at Fort Meade, near Baltimore.
