Rabbi accused of impersonating policeman 'because he hates slow drivers'

A New York rabbi, arrested for flashing a fake police badge and ordering a female motorist to pull over, said he was angered by her slow driving.

Rabbi Alfredo Borodowski, of White Plains, was charged with impersonating a police officer in June.
