Czech Prime Minister Petr Necas announced last night that he will resign over a spy and bribery scandal involving his government.

Czech Prime Minister Petr Necas announced last night that he will resign over a spy and bribery scandal involving his government.

He said he will also quit today as chairman of his conservative Civic Democratic Party.
