UK eavesdropping agency to explain link to US spying scheme

The UK eavesdropping agency is to explain alleged links to a US spying scheme in a report to senior MPs.

It is claimed that the agency has been gathering information from leading internet companies about UK citizens - through the Prism surveillance system.
