Calling all Nutella fans! Your day is safe

World Nutella Day has been saved after Ferrero dropped a Cease and Desist complaint.

The unofficial annual event – which celebrates the chocolatey hazelnut spread – looks set to continue on February 5, 2014 after the product's producer sent a note to the holiday's creator Sara Rosso asking her to stop using the brand's name.
