Gnome more banning of ornamental figures at Chelsea show

It is gnome mean feat – but the strict ban on ornamental figures populating gardens at Chelsea Flower Show has been lifted, for one year only.

Gnomes are set to invade Chelsea as it drops its rule to mark the centenary year and in order to raise money to involve young people in horticulture.
