North Korean rocket-unit on standby to attack US bases

North Korea's leader Kim Jong-un has ordered the country's so-called "rocket units" to be on standby to attack US bases in South Korea and the Pacific.

According to North Korea's official news agency, the decision was made after America flew two stealth bombers over the region's airspace.
