'Pooper-scooper' dog helps to change nappies

A dog helps a disabled mother change nappies.

Helpful pooch Orca has brought a whole new meaning to the phrase "pooper-scooper" by lending a paw to Cheryl Alexander, who suffers from movement-limiting disease Reflex Neurovascular Dystrophy.

The golden retriever brings the wet wipes, mat and a new nappy to Cheryl to help her change four-month-old daughter Lily, and after pulling off the little one's nappy the canine puts the stinky old diaper in the rubbish bin.

Cheryl told the Daily Mirror newspaper: “Due to the pain at times it’s impossible to bend down or do the simplest tasks

“I call him mother’s little helper. He’s a wonder dog. Lily loves him. Now we say she has three parents."
