'Pooper-scooper' dog helps to change nappies

A dog helps a disabled mother change nappies.

Helpful pooch Orca has brought a whole new meaning to the phrase "pooper-scooper" by lending a paw to Cheryl Alexander, who suffers from movement-limiting disease Reflex Neurovascular Dystrophy.
