Roll up, roll up…fresh air for 60c a can
A Chinese man is selling fresh air for 60c a can.
Chen Guangbiao - whose fortune is said to be €500m - has turned to drastic action to combat the harmful smog in the country, and even sells several flavours of air ranging from pristine Tibet to post-industrial Taiwan.
But the businessman believes more residents need to start doing something about the terrible pollution before it is too late, the Sydney Morning Herald reports.
He said: "If we don't start caring for the environment, then after 20 or 30 years our children and grandchildren might be wearing gas mask and carry oxygen tanks.
"2012 did not bring the end of the world but if human beings keep consuming resources, keep polluting the environment, I think Doomsday will arrive.
"I bear witness to the fact that pollution is getting worse and worse."
