Judge fines Chinese woman for naming dog after neighbour

A woman in China who named her dog after her neighbour and allegedly swore at it has been fined €600.

Hu Lin called her pet pooch Wang after neighbour Wang Sun - who she fell out with over a building extension to his house six years ago - and he claimed she would regularly curse the canine whenever he was in the vicinity, the Austrian Times reports.
