Iraqi car bomb attacks kill 10 people

A series of bombings in northern Iraq killed at least 10 people today, officials said.

One attack in the northern city of Kirkuk started when a car bomb exploded near the offices of a Kurdish party, police said, followed by another bomb blast as officers gathered, killing five and wounding four.
