Nearly a third of voters in David Cameron’s own constituency would “seriously consider” voting against the British Prime Minister if he does not offer a vote on Britain’s European Union future, according to a new poll.

One in ten Tory supporters in Mr Cameron’s Oxfordshire seat of Witney said they would back another party if it offered an in-out referendum on the UK’s EU membership and the Conservatives did not.
