Quake kills 87 in Iran

At least 87 people have been killed in a 6.2-magnitude earthquake in north-western Iran, according to state television.

At least 400 others were injured in today’s quake, the channel said, which damaged hundreds of homes when it hit near the town of Ahar in East Azerbaijan province.
