A Chinese teenager has killed eight people and wounded another five in a knife attack in the country’s north-east.

A Chinese teenager has killed eight people and wounded another five in a knife attack in the country’s north-east.

The official Xinhua News Agency said the attack took place last night in Liaoning province.
