A "dead man" is running in India's presidential election to prove he is still alive.
Santosh Kumar Singh, 32, has been trying to prove he is alive for nine years after his relatives declared he was dead after they fell out with him when he decided to marry a Dalit woman, who is known as an āuntouchableā.
