Former News International chief executive Rebekah Brooks will find out tomorrow if she will be charged with perverting the course of justice during the phone-hacking scandal.

Mrs Brooks and six other suspects – understood to include her racehorse trainer husband Charlie and the company’s head of security Mark Hannah – will learn their fate after answering bail, it is understood.
