Six-legged calf 'full of life'

A six-legged calf has been born in Switzerland.

Lilli has defied the odds and is still living after vets predicted she wouldn't survive and she has gone on to achieve minor celebrity status in her village.

Her owner, Andreas Knutti, from Weissenburg, didn't want to euthanise the animal, who has two additional legs growing from her back, despite a curve in her spine meaning she might never be a normal milk cow.

He told Swiss daily newspaper Blick: "She is so full of life."
