Councillor claims mother is green alien

A British town councillor claims his mother is a green alien.

Simon Parkes believes he was abducted by extra-terrestrials on more than one occasion when he was a child because they are interested in what's inside his "soul", and he claims his "real mother" took him onto an alien craft.
