One-man town up for grabs in US

A one-man town in the US is being put up for sale for $100,000 (€76,000).

Buford in Wyoming is going under the hammer after its only resident Don Sammons decided to retire from his job as a petrol station owner with a view to relocating from the town - which is thought to be the smallest in America - next month.
