Rocket attack near bin Laden home

Unknown assailants fired rocket propelled grenades at the military academy near Osama bin Laden’s compound in the Pakistani city of Abbottabad early this morning, causing damage but no casualties, police said.

It was the first attack in the normally peaceful north west city since US Navy Seals killed bin Laden during a daring night raid on his compound last May.
