Lap dancing club launches 'office smell' after shave

A South African strip club has launched an aftershave range to recreate the smell of the office.

Lap dancing club Mavericks has created a range of perfumes and colognes called Alibi for men to put on so they can pretend to their wives they have been somewhere else rather than out drinking.

The three fragrances – which include one called My Car Broke Down, which has a scent of fuel and rubber - cost £24 a bottle, and the Cape Town club has already received orders from countries in the Far East and Europe.

Mavericks boss Shane Harrison said: "Men seem desperate to get their hands on this stuff."
