Children's 'hearts broken' by parents' murder in Birmingham

The son and daughter of a couple murdered at their home begged for help in finding their parents’ killers today, saying the light had been “switched out” in their lives and their hearts were “broken forever”.

Michelle Kirwan, 39, wept inconsolably as she and brother Avtar Kolar, 32, described the heartbreak caused by the death of their parents.
