Man pays parking fine - nearly six decades later

A US man is set to pay a $1 parking ticket he received 58 years ago.

Dale Crawford, of Houston, Texas, is keen to pay off the debt to clear his conscience even though he admits it is a "small, almost unnoticeable amount".
