Noriega had stroke, authorities told

A medical examination has found former dictator Manuel Noriega has limited mobility due to a stroke, authorities in Panama said.

A statement from the country's interior ministry said Noriega also has high blood pressure, a peptic ulcer and allergic rhinitis.
