Teenage thief advises victim on security

A teenage burglar has written a letter to his victim advising them on how to secure their house.

The 16-year-old thief - who has not been named - thought it was the victim's own fault they got burgled because their curtains were not drawn and their window was left open at night, which is something he wouldn't do "in a million years".
