Prisoner suing jail over back pain from bed

A prisoner in the US is suing for $1m in damages over his prison bed.

Maxie Leak claims his bed in jail is causing him “extreme lower-back pain" because it is too small for his 6" 1' frame so he has to curl up in a fetal position every night.
