Illegible handwriting scuppers bank job

A wannabe bank robber has been foiled by his bad handwriting.

According to police, a "white, scruffy-looking man" attempted to hold up a bank in Wheeling, America, but the employee was unable to read what was written on the note he handed over stating his demands, so she gave it back to him, WTOV reports.
