Greece is losing out on about €60bn in uncollected taxes, says the head of a European Union task force created to help Greece overhaul its public sector.

Horst Reichenbach said in a report today that of those €60bn, as much as €8bn would be immediately collectible and could help Athens cut its massive budget deficit.
