Fukushima workers praised for reaction to earthquake damage at plant

Workers at Japan's Fukushima nuclear plant have been praised for their heroics after an earthquake and tsunami struck the facility earlier this year.

A new report by the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations says much of the operation to make the unit secure was conducted in darkness, with flooded passageways and in radioactive conditions.
