Health and safety instructor falls off ladder during demonstration

A UK health and safety instructor has been suspended after he fell off a ladder.

Paul Kavanagh was showing a group of workers the correct way to use the equipment while working on their own, but he forgot to follow his own rules and toppled to the ground.
