'Stop that well-groomed thief!' Man steals haircut
A New Zealand man has appeared in court after he was arrested for "stealing" a haircut.
Trevor Crampton pleaded guilty to one charge of obtaining a £15 haircut by deception which occurred when he was out drinking - but he told the judge he knew nothing about the trim until he looked in the mirror the next day.
The man had his hair cut at a salon in Hastings but said he didn't have any money to pay for it, Hawkes Bay Today reports.
He admitted drinking heavily beforehand - and he was fined the equivalent of £75 in court.
