US man considers hysterectomy after giving birth three times

A transgender US man is considering a hysterectomy after giving birth to three kids.

Thomas Beatie - who was born a girl before having his breasts removed and then legally becoming a man, but keeping his female organs - became the first man to give birth in 2008, but he now wants to stabilise his masculinity with his latest operation.
