Prankster feels flushed after toilet seat mishap

A drunken prankster in Britain was forced to call the fire brigade after getting a toilet seat stuck around his body.

The 26-year-old man from Durham spent two hours attempting to free the bathroom item from his torso after he had placed it over his head and then aimed to see how far over his body it would go during a drinking game he was playing with friends.

They were trying to find household items that would go over their heads, the Northern Echo newspaper reported.

The man - whose name was kept a secret to avoid embarrassment - called the fire brigade to ask for their advice before he eventually went to the station where the firemen cut the toilet seat off. He was so pleased he gave one of the officers a kiss.
