Deceased US woman issued with driving ticket

A woman in Florida has been issued with a driving ticket three months after she died.

Ilene Lieberman explained her sister, who died earlier this year, received the red light camera citation some time after she had passed away, but it is proving difficult to get the notice dismissed.
