20-stone American man to sue hamburger chain for having small booths

An American is suing the country’s White Castle hamburger chain claiming the booths in one of its restaurants are too small.

Martin Kessman claims he was embarrassed in 2009 when he tried squeezing his 20.5-stone frame into the seating and hit his knee on a table leg, causing him pain.
