Raw-meat fan arrested after supermarket feast

A man has been arrested after eating raw meat in a supermarket.

Police explained a member of staff at the store saw Scott T. Shover consume raw ground beef and raw stew beef from packets on the shelves of Walmart in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, before putting the containers back on the shelf to be sold.
