Amish man risks jail over failure to display safety sign

Nine Amish men have been ordered to jail for failing to pay a fine for not displaying a reflective triangle on their horse-drawn buggies.

The men from Kentucky, US, refused to put the orange triangles on their mode of transport because they said it violates their religious strictures, which prohibit wearing bright colours or trusting in man-made symbols for their own safety.
