Man sues fast food chain over size of seats

A man weighing more than 20 stone is suing a fast food chain for not having seats big enough to fit him.

Martin Kessman took action last week after lodging a complaint two years ago about the size of the booths in White Castle's Nanuet, New York, restaurant and the stock broker claims the company wrote back three "very condescending" letters.
