Torrential rain leads to 100,000 people evacuated
In the US almost 100,000 people in the north-east have been given orders to evacuate after torrential downpours.
Squalls from Tropical Storm Lee drenched New York and Pennsylvania and pushed river levels dangerously high.
The US National Weather Service predicts up to 10 inches of rain in some areas tonight.
