New Orleans bracing for Lee

A tropical storm is heading towards New Orleans, six years after it was devastated by Hurricane Katrina.

Tropical Storm Lee is expected to bring up to 51cm of rainfall - testing the city's flood defences.

Mandatory evacuation orders have been placed on three towns in the region with officials warning people should leave while they can.
