Fashion police ban baggy trousers at two US schools

Two US states have banned students from wearing saggy trousers at school.

The legislation - which is entitled the 'Pull Your Pants Up' law - is set to be enforced in Florida and Arkansas for the beginning of the 2011-2012 school year.
