Partygoer leaves trousers behind in stolen limo

A US partygoer woke up in a locked limousine and drove it home, but he left his trousers behind.

According to police based in Lincoln, Nebraska, Steven Hunter was likely to have passed out in the vehicle's toilet and later woke up at 3.30am with all the doors locked, before he saw the keys and decided to drive the 40-foot-long motor home.

But Hunter - who is charged with criminal mischief and unauthorised vehicle use - managed to leave his wallet in the limo inside a pair of jeans.

Captain David Biggs explained the 30-year-old man did not remember driving the car.
