Lorry stopped for having no windscreen

A Chinese lorry driver has been stopped driving his vehicle without a windscreen.

Lu Chen was forced to the side of the road by police who spotted him driving his lorry without the vital component – but the officials let him continue on his way on the basis that he bought some goggles to ensure he could keep up with the speed limit, rather than disabling the truck.
