Norway’s public broadcaster NRK says one person has been confirmed killed in an explosion at the government headquarters in Oslo.

Norway’s public broadcaster NRK says one person has been confirmed killed in an explosion at the government headquarters in Oslo.

Video shown by Norwegian broadcaster NRK showed most of the windows of the building had been blown out.
