Former News of the World editor Andy Coulson was set to be arrested over alleged phone hacking today as David Cameron faced the press for the first time since the News of the World was closed.

The British Prime Minister called a press conference this morning as Labour leader Ed Miliband urged him to apologise for his “appalling error of judgment” in hiring ex-News of the World editor Mr Coulson, 43.
